Daniel Emch ist der Leiter unseres Fachteams für Kartell- und Wettbewerbsrecht. Er vertritt Klientinnen und Klienten in Verfahren vor der Wettbewerbskommission, den Zivilgerichten, dem Preisüberwacher oder sektorspezifischen Regulierungsbehörden. Er führt auch kartellrechtliche Beratungen und Schulungen durch.
