Dealticker: Sale of CAPSA to Acrotec

June 9, 2022: Kellerhals Carrard advised the shareholders of CAPSA Camille Piquerez SA, a Swiss watch component manufacturer based in La Neuveville (BE), in a sale transaction to the Acrotec Group.

The Kellerhals Carrard team comprised Frédéric Rochat, Anne-Gabrielle Piaget and Alessandro Poma.
