Deal Ticker: Mediahuis Marketplaces Partners with CareerFairy in Successful Growth Financing Round

Congratulations to Mediahuis Marketplaces and CareerFairy to the completion of CareerFairy’s recent growth financing round!  
  
Kellerhals Carrard advised European media group Mediahuis, which acted as lead-investor, on all legal aspects of the transaction. 

CareerFairy is a fast-growing Swiss Recruitment technology scale-up from Zürich, matching students and graduates of European universities with companies that want to reach this young potential. Companies use CareerFairy to boost their employer branding, sourcing and recruiting of graduates internationally, as well as locally. The investment will be used to accelerate the international expansion of Careerfairy, in parallel with further developing its platform and solutions.
