A group of Swiss entrepreneurial families under the leadership of Kontivia Beteiligungen AG, a Zurich based long term-oriented investment firm, successfully acquired a majority stake in Walter Meier (Fertigungslösungen) AG. Walter Meier (Fertigungslösungen) AG is a leading system integrator for automation solutions in connection with CNC machines for customers in the watchmaking and medical technology industry as well as industrial companies in general.
