Deal Ticker: Galenica successfully places a bond of over CHF 240 million
Galenica successfully placed a fixed rate bond of over CHF 240 million. The bond has a term of 6.5 years and an annual coupon of 2.35%. The bond will be listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange. Credit Suisse and Zürcher Kantonalbank acted ad joint lead manager. Kellerhals Carrard (Beat Brechbuehl, Christian Witschi, Luca Bianchi, Kevin McCabe) advised Galenica on this transaction.
