💡This year’s theme focuses on how sports federations can diversify and maximize their revenue streams by exploring innovative business models and commercial strategies implemented by other sports organizations, both within and beyond the Olympic Movement as well as major events organizers.
The goal: to encourage federations to look beyond traditional funding sources such as Olympic contributions, membership fees, or sponsorship revenues, and explore alternative avenues for long-term financial sustainability and growth.
