The Zurich-based deep-tech company has successfully closed a pre-series A financing round led by Verve Ventures and Zürcher Kantonalbank, with participation from impact-focused investor 212. The acquired funds will enable Haelixa to further scale its innovative solutions and further revolutionize supply chain transparency across industries.
Haelixa’s proprietary technology embeds unique, invisible, and durable DNA markers directly onto products or raw materials — whether textiles, precious metals, or other goods. These markers provide a secure, tamper-proof way to trace the journey of materials in real time, ensuring ethical sourcing, preventing counterfeiting, and supporting compliance with regulatory standards. In a world increasingly focused on sustainability and accountability, Haelixa’s solutions are becoming an essential enabler for responsible business practices.
Founded as a spin-off from ETH Zürich, Haelixa already works with global leaders in sectors like fashion, jewelry, and agriculture, helping organizations deliver on their promises of transparency and integrity.
