Deal Ticker: Kellerhals Carrard advised Apptitude SA on a successful Management Buy Out
The leading Lausanne-based web & mobile digital innovation agency Apptitude SA successfully completed a Management Buy Out. Co-founder Axel Pasqualini withdrew after 10 years of growing the business and handed over the lead to Mikhael Minisini and Pierre Brossard. Kellerhals Carrard advised Apptitude SA for the MBO with a team led by tax partner Serge Migy and M&A senior associate Max-André Haas and further comprised of M&A partner Alexandre Gachet, tax associate Brian Jurt and paralegal Dimitri Studer.
