Deal Ticker: Indie Semiconductor Acquires Privately-held EXALOS AG
The Nasdaq-listed US company Indie Semiconductor acquired EXALOS AG, a Swiss photonics company, specializing in the design of high-performance optical semiconductors. Indie Semiconductor is a pure-play automotive fabless semiconductor company developing technology that supports best-in-class driver safety and automation, in-cabin user experience, electrification, and enables the pursuit of the uncrushable vehicle, while Exalos has developed and launched several highly innovative advanced products for the world's most demanding application areas. Kellerhals Carrard advised indie Semiconductor on this acquisition.
