Stephanie Schmid is a solicitor specialising in banking and FinTech. She advises national and international companies, particularly on issues relating to financial market law, regulatory law and data protection law.
Before joining Kellerhals Carrard, she worked for several years at SIX Exchange Regulation AG, most recently as Deputy Head of the Disclosure & Prospectus Office. In this role, she dealt extensively with prospectus and disclosure law. Prior to that, she worked in the Regulatory and Enforcement & Compliance teams, where she dealt with regulatory issues and aspects of trade surveillance. She began her career as a court clerk at the district court.
