Robert Braun combines his extensive experience as a public prosecutor for economic crimes in the Canton of Zurich with his experience as Head of Litigation at Novartis. He supports companies in crisis situations and advises them on complex regulatory challenges. His practice focuses on internal investigations, white-collar crime and compliance, with proven experience in the life sciences and public sectors. Robert also advises companies on data protection, in particular in the context of security incidents, as well as on the regulation and governance of artificial intelligence (AI). In addition, he represents clients as private claimants in criminal proceedings and in international mutual legal assistance proceedings.
