Franco Gagliano

Franco Gagliano attended the University of Fribourg, where he obtained his Bachelor of Law in 2020 and his Master of Law in 2022. During his studies, he also attended law courses at the University of Neuchâtel as part of the “BeNeFri” study program. He has attended and successfully completed law courses in both French and English.

Once back in Ticino, he completed a legal internship at the Civil Magistrate’s Court of Locarno-Città and at the Tax Law Chamber in Lugano. He then completed his legal and notarial apprenticeship at BMA Brunoni Mottis & Associati SA law firm in Lugano.

He was admitted to the bar and started working for Kellerhals Carrard Lugano, where he provides legal advice and assistance in civil and administrative litigation disputes.
