Dr. Andreas Güngerich

Andreas Güngerich acts primarily as a party representative. He advises and represents clients in civil and administrative proceedings. His main areas of activity are private and public construction law as well as procedural and insolvency law. He is also familiar with day-to-day legal matters from the point of view of his role as an association secretary and member of internal appeal authorities. He is a lecturer and regularly publishes articles on issues relating to civil procedure law.
