Deal-Ticker: Gruner AG takes over Basler & Hofmann West AG
Gruner AG is taking over Basler & Hofmann West AG, which has around 80 employees and will in future operate under the firm name Gruner Region Bern AG. With this acquisition, Gruner is significantly expanding its market position in the Berne area and will henceforth have a local presence in the infrastructure sector in the Espace Mittelland. Gruner is a leading engineering and planning company with over 1,000 employees at more than 30 locations in Switzerland and internationally. Kellerhals Carrard acted as advisor to Gruner in this transaction.
