Kellerhals Carrard launches Sustainability & ESG Desk

Sustainability & ESG Desk
Environmental, social and governance (ESG) as well as sustainability issues are becoming increasingly important for our clients. In order to support them efficiently and skillfully in dealing with the related challenges, Kellerhals Carrard – with its many years of experience in successfully operating the Startup Desk – has created an interdisciplinary Sustainability & ESG Desk. The desk brings together the firm’s wide-ranging expertise and connects our specialists with experts from outside the field of law, for the benefit of its clients.
The new desk is led by Prof. Dr. Isabelle Romy with Prof. Dr. Henry Peter and Prof. Jean-Luc Chenaux as Co-Heads. “The interdisciplinary co-leadership allows us to rely on decades of experience in the three areas of environment, social affairs, and sustainable business management and to be anchored in all three language regions,” says Prof. Dr. Isabelle Romy.
