Kellerhals Carrard's Seminars on recent legal developments in Financial Markets Law

On 1st and 3rd November 2022, several members of Kellerhals Carrard's Banking & Finance Practice Group (Dominik Oberholzer, Armin Kühne, Luca Bianchi, Sarah Mostafa, Michael Kremer) held a seminar on recent developments in Swiss Financial Markets Law at the Hotel Widder in Zurich.  

Discussions were held on the L-QIF as a new type of fund and implications of this type of legal form; on ESG practice in the financial markets, and IPOs of investment vehicles. Participants were briefed on the current developments in Swiss financial markets law and looked at the legal impacts of such changes. 

The two conferences were very well frequented with a highly specialized audience, and the apéro that followed was a great way to expand on the topics discussed.
