Deal Ticker: KC advised the Fondation romande Aventinus on the purchase of Le Temps SA

Previously owned by the Ringer Axel Springer Switzerland Group, Le Temps is now owned by the Fondation Aventinus, whose mission is to support and promote independent quality media in French-speaking Switzerland.

The Fondation was notably created and financed by the Fondations Leenaards, Hans Wilsdorf et Jan Michalski pour l'écriture et la littérature.

From 1 January 2021, Le Temps SA will be managed by an independent Board of Directors, chaired by Eric Hoesli.

The KC Team, which will continue to monitor the integration, consists of : Jean-Philippe Rochat, François Kaiser, Edgar Philippin, Virginie Rodieux and Daniel Emch.
