Deal Ticker: Kellerhals Carrard advises P&F Immobilien AG on real estate portfolio sale

Kellerhals Carrard advised P&F Immobilien AG on an internal reorganization and subsequent sale of all shares in P&F Immobilien II AG, a Basel-based real estate portfolio company holding seventeen properties across Switzerland, to SFP Retail AG (Swiss Finance & Property Group). The transaction closed on 9 December 2025.

The Kellerhals Carrard team was co-led by Marco Balmelli (Real Estate/M&A) and Kevin MacCabe (M&A/Capital Markets) and further included Philipp d‘Hondt and Dario Ammann (both Real Estate/Notarial Services) as well as Stefan Fasel (Real Estate).
