Requirements:

• Swiss Bar qualification (mandatory).
• Interest and enthusiasm for corporate law.
• Experience in carrying out due diligence and in handling M&A and investment agreements.
• Full fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in either French or German is required; knowledge of other languages such as Spanish or Portuguese is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
