Deal Ticker: Kellerhals Carrard is pleased to have advised NaturalCycles on its recent $55M Series C Financing Round

It is a privilege to have advised NaturalCycles in yet another funding round. The financing round was led by Lauxera Capital Partners and saw participation from Point72 Private Investments and a revolving debt facility from J.P. Morgan. 

Kellerhals Carrard comprehensively advised the long-standing client NaturalCycles on all aspects of the transaction with a team co-led by Nicolai Nuber and Karim Maizar (Partners, Corporate/VC) and comprising of Umberto Milano (Senior Associate, Corporate/VC), Vanessa Witschi (Senior Associate, Tax) and Danica Hafner (Paralegal).
