The Swiss Automotive Group/Derendinger has gained a new anchor shareholder in a Swiss entrepreneurial family office – an important step for its long-term growth and succession planning.
Kellerhals Carrard advised the entrepreneur and majority owner Sandro Piffaretti on his strategic and sustainable move. The transaction was steered and executed by a seasoned team containing Beat Brechbühl, Reto Schumacher, Nicolai Nuber, Daniel Emch, Luca Bianchi, Stefanie Karlen, Roman Aus der Au, Daniel Jurcevic and Corinne Wüthrich-Harte.
