Deal Ticker: Kellerhals Carrard advises Ego Death Capital on $12M Series A Funding Round for Relai 

We are thrilled to announce that Kellerhals Carrard had the privilege of advising Ego Death Capital as legal counsel on all aspects of the $12 million Series A financing round for Relai, a leading bitcoin buy, sell, and self-custody application based in Switzerland. This significant funding round was led by Ego Death Capital, with contributions from Plan B Bitcoin Fund, Timechain, and Solit Group. 

 

The funds raised will be instrumental in expanding Relai's operations across Europe and securing a Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) license, anticipated in Q1 2025. Since its inception in 2020, Relai has facilitated $650 million in bitcoin investments and aims to reach $1 billion by 2025, with 450,000 downloads and 140,000 active users to date.
