Kellerhals Carrard advised NOMOQ AG, a Swiss based company with expertise in decoration, trade and distribution of metal beverage cans, in its multi-step capital increase and transfer of the majority ownership to Ardagh Metal Packaging (AMP). Financial details will not be disclosed.
