Deal Ticker: Kellerhals Carrard acted as legal advisor to Mobiliar/Trianon for the Inceo integration

Trianon AG, a service provider for business process outsourcing in the HR and pension plans, integrates Inceo AG, which specialises in absence and claims management and in the administration of collective health insurance plans. With the acquisition of Inceo, Trianon, which belongs to the Mobiliar Group, is expanding its services in the area of absence and claims management.

Kellerhals Carrard advised Mobiliar/Trianon on legal matters during the transaction. The Kellerhals Carrard team consisted of Kathrin Enderli and Michèle Remund (both Corporate/M&A) and Daniel Emch (Anti-Trust).
