Bubbles Crèches, Geneva’s leading private network of nurseries, has a new majority shareholder with Helveon

Founded by Noémie Benhamou, Bubbles Crèches opened its first center in the summer of 2023 and now has eight centers. It welcomes children aged 4 months to 4 years in a fun and caring environment.

HELVEON Partners SA is a Swiss investment firm founded in 2025, dedicated to supporting SMEs with their business transfer, succession and growth challenges.
