Shelley Dind-Gutjahr

Shelley Dind-Gutjahr studied Law at the University of Basel. In January 2022, after graduating, she gained practical experience as a legal intern at a law firm in Reinach, Basel-Landschaft, whilst she also worked at the Basel-Stadt criminal and civil courts on a voluntary basis.

She has been supporting Kellerhals Carrad’s notary team in Binningen as a legal expert since August 2023, while also preparing for the bar examination. In particular, her work focuses on the areas of real-estate law, corporate law, matrimonial property law, and inheritance law. She particularly advises companies in the start-up phase as well as during restructuring operations, and assists individuals and companies in their estate and succession planning along with their land register and construction law matters.
