Shelley Dind-Gutjahr studied law at the University of Basel. After graduating in January 2022, she gained practical experience as a legal intern at a law firm in Reinach, Basel-Landschaft, and as a clerk at the Criminal and Civil Court of Basel-Stadt. In June 2025, she successfully passed the bar exam, and in May 2026, she passed the notary exam for the Canton of Basel-Landschaft.
Her practice focuses primarily on real estate law, corporate law, and matrimonial property and estate law. She advises companies on incorporations, reorganizations, and restructurings, and assists both individuals and businesses with estate and succession planning. In addition, she supports her clients in matters related to land registry and building law.
