Shelley Dind-Gutjahr

Shelley Dind-Gutjahr studied law at the University of Basel and, after graduating in January 2022, gained practical experience as a legal trainee at a law firm in Reinach BL, and worked as a volunteer at the Criminal and Civil Court of Basel-Stadt. She passed the bar exam in June 2025.

Since August 2023, she has been supporting the notary team at Kellerhals Carrard in Binningen and Basel and is preparing for the notary examinations in Basel-Land and Basel-Stadt. Her practice focuses in particular on real estate law, company law, matrimonial property law and inheritance law. In particular, she advises companies on formation, restructuring and reorganization, and private individuals and companies on estate and succession planning, as well as on land registry and building law matters.
