Rafael Freiermuth

Rafael Freiermuth obtained both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Geneva. 

Alongside his academic studies, he worked as an ad hoc clerk at the Lausanne District Court, within the Criminal Division. 

Since July 2025, he has been working at Kellerhals Carrard as a jurist. In this role, he assists partners and associates in combating abuses related to COVID-19 loans. His practice focuses on white-collar crime, criminal procedure, contract law, corporate law, as well as debt enforcement and bankruptcy law.
