Phyllis Scholl has many years of experience in corporate law, contract law and public law. She also has unrivalled experience in M&A transactions in the energy sector and significant expertise in the areas of energy production, energy transport and CleanTech. She also advises companies on corporate governance issues.

Phyllis Scholl is on the board of directors of several companies domiciled in Switzerland. Before joining Baryon AG, Mrs Scholl worked for 15 years (including 6 years as a partner) at a leading international commercial law firm (Bär & Karrer AG).
