Octavia Barnes

Octavia Barnes has been working as a trainee lawyer at Kellerhals Carrard since November 2025. She obtained her master’s degree in law from the University of Zurich. During her studies, she worked as a research assistant in the areas of commercial, competition and intellectual property law, gaining in-depth insights into academic research.

In addition, she gained practical experience in various areas of legal work through short internships at different law firms and at the District Court of Zurich. Thanks to her bilingualism in German and English and her excellent knowledge of French, she is confident in multicultural environments.
