Max Penta holds a Master’s degree in Business Law from the University of Geneva (having spent an exchange semester at The University of Melbourne and the University of Zurich) and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the same university; in 2025, he was awarded the AGDA Prize for the highest average mark in the Master’s programme in Business Law. He also completed an internship in international arbitration at a global law firm and worked as a paralegal at a Swiss law firm.
Since 2026, he has been practicing as a trainee lawyer at Kellerhals Carrard, where he assists partners and associates across all their areas of practice. He advises and represents clients, both individuals and companies, before Swiss judicial and administrative authorities, combining legal expertise with a practical approach.
