Mario Gschwend

Mario Gschwend has been Co-Head of ICT since 2025 and, in this role, helps to shape the strategic development of the IT infrastructure as well as initiatives in the areas of digitalisation and artificial intelligence.  

He has years of experience in managing complex ICT projects, in strategic IT consulting and in the implementation of digitalisation projects in the public sector. Previously, he was responsible for major national projects as a Senior Project Consultant and ICT Communications Manager and introduced innovative cloud and security solutions.  

With his pronounced expertise in dealing with matrix structures, his technological foresight, and his ability to communicate clearly, he is primed to help shape digital change in the long term and to work effectively in dynamic structures.
