Mario is an Attorney-at-law (Mexico) and Solicitor (England & Wales) with over 10 years of experience in sports law, particularly football, and sports arbitration. His experience includes senior roles within FIFA’s legal department and the European Club Association.
He specialises in advising clients on contractual, regulatory, disciplinary and governance issues within football. He also acts for clients in arbitral proceedings, notably before the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
Previously, he practised at a leading UK sports law firm.
