Laura Tina Gassner

Laura Tina Gassner has been Head of Operations at Kellerhals Carrard in Bern since August 2025, where she is responsible for the efficient management and optimization of operational processes.

She completed her Bachelor of Science in Work, Organization, and Human Resources Psychology at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland in 2024. She gained professional experience in large companies such as the Migros Cooperative Association and internationally at Robert Bosch AG, where she worked in areas including human resources development, operational human resources management, and recruiting. Her structured and empathetic approach enables her to efficiently manage complex processes and promote trusting cooperation between employees, managers, and teams. She most recently expanded her skills with a sabbatical focusing on personal development, intercultural exchange, and self-management.
