Klara Weismann is a lawyer at Kellerhals Carrard's Startup & Venture Capital Desk in Zurich. She advises founders and investors on all corporate and contract law issues, particularly in connection with financing rounds, ownership structures and employee participation plans.

Before joining Kellerhals Carrard, she worked at a law firm specialising in start-ups and venture capital, where she assisted numerous start-ups in all phases of their development, from incorporation to financing rounds. Her enthusiasm for the start-up scene is reflected in her practical, solution-oriented approach and her understanding of the needs of founders.
