Ella Maddalena studied at the University of Basel, where she obtained a Bachelor of Law in 2023 and a Master of Law in 2025.

During her studies, she completed a legal internship at a leading Swiss multinational company in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sector. Following her studies, she undertook her legal traineeship at the Civil Court of Basel-City.

Having returned to Ticino, she is currently completing her legal traineeship at Kellerhals Carrard SA, where she works with the Corporate & Sport team.
