Eliane advises companies on intellectual property and commercial matters, with a strong focus on the life sciences sector. She specializes in drafting and negotiating complex commercial and IP-driven agreements, including research and development collaborations, manufacturing, supply and distribution arrangements, as well as in- and out-licensing transactions.   Her expertise also covers unfair competition, advertising law and data privacy.
