David Prosev

David Prosev is currently pursuing his Master of Law at the University of Zurich. Alongside his studies, he supports our major mandate to combat abuses related to Covid-19 loans. Additionally, he is involved in managing shareholders' agreements as well as preparing and following up on general meetings. His areas of expertise include criminal and criminal procedural law, debt enforcement and bankruptcy law, as well as contract, liability, and corporate law.
