Christopher Nseka has a full legal education (Bachelor of Law and Master of Law, option sports law) as well as a PhD in Law from the University of Neuchâtel.
Before joining the Firm, he was a doctoral assistant at the Chair of Sports Law of the University of Neuchâtel, under the supervision of Prof. Antonio Rigozzi. His areas of interest are litigation, arbitration and sports law.
Christopher Nseka advises and represents the Firm’s clients before the Swiss judicial authorities and arbitral tribunals, in particular the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS). His practice focuses mainly on disciplinary and contractual sports litigation, particularly in connection with anti-doping, player transfers and football-related employment law disputes.
