Emilie Praz practises both in litigation, where she regularly represents the firm’s clients before the courts, particularly in civil and administrative proceedings, and in advisory matters. A Swiss Bar Association Certified Specialist in Construction and Real Estate Law, she has solid experience in these key areas, as well as in contract law. Her rigorous, pragmatic and solution-oriented approach further strengthens Kellerhals Carrard’s offering in Sion.
Vincent Zen-Ruffinen advises and represents the firm’s clients primarily in commercial law, contract law, white-collar crime, financial law and real estate law. He is active in both advisory and litigation matters and assists a diverse client base in complex cases, often involving cross-disciplinary issues.
