Kellerhals Carrard is pleased to announce the appointment of Vincent Zen-Ruffinen and Emilie Praz as Partners in its Sion office.
This double appointment forms part of Kellerhals Carrard’s continued development in Valais and builds on the momentum created by the inauguration, a few months ago, of its new premises in Sion. It reflects the firm’s commitment to consolidating a strong regional presence, close to its clients and firmly rooted in the local economic landscape. With Vincent Zen-Ruffinen and Emilie Praz, Kellerhals Carrard strengthens its offering in Valais in key areas for companies, public authorities and private clients, while giving them access to the expertise and resources of Switzerland’s largest law firm.
Emilie Praz practises both in litigation, where she regularly represents the firm’s clients before the courts, particularly in civil and administrative proceedings, and in advisory matters. A Swiss Bar Association Certified Specialist in Construction and Real Estate Law, she has solid experience in these key areas, as well as in contract law. Her rigorous, pragmatic and solution-oriented approach further strengthens Kellerhals Carrard’s offering in Sion.
Vincent Zen-Ruffinen advises and represents the firm’s clients primarily in commercial law, contract law, white-collar crime, financial law and real estate law.
