Deal Ticker: Kellerhals Carrard advises velocorner ag on majority stake acquisition by TCS

Touring Club Switzerland (TCS) acquires a majority stake in the startup velocorner ag.

velocorner.ch is the largest and leading online marketplace for bicycles in Switzerland. Ciril Stebler, Mario Friedli, and another shareholder will remain as minority shareholders in the company. The parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

Kellerhals Carrard (Patric Brand (Corporate/M&A), Regina Schlup Guignard (Tax) and Lea Scheidegger (Corporate/M&A)) supported the sellers in this transaction.
