Kellerhals Carrard advises Chartered Investment on EFG International Structured Finance (Luxembourg)'s Issuance Programme for structured products.

Chartered Investment entered into a cooperation with EFG and Vontobel for the production and distribution of structured products. The cooperation covers white-labelling services along the entire value chain of structured products. The structured products issued by EFG International Structured Finance (Luxembourg) will be available on deritrade®.

In this context, EFG International Structured Finance (Luxembourg) has established a new issuance program for structured products which is governed by Swiss law.
