Deal-Ticker: Sandro Piffaretti acquires all the shares of Swiss Automotive Group held by Olivier Métraux

With an annual turnover of CHF 1.1 billion, Swiss Automotive Group AG (SAG) is one of Europe's largest suppliers in the independent automotive spare parts industry. It is the market leader for passenger car and commercial vehicle spare parts in Switzerland, Romania and Serbia. Sandro Piffaretti acquires all the shares in SAG held by the previous minority shareholder Olivier Métraux. A new team of successful Swiss entrepreneurs acquires a stake in SAG with the aim of actively supporting SAG in the long term. Sandro Piffaretti remains the majority shareholder.
