On February 14, 2024, WellDev AG acquired all shares in InnoTix AG from Gobeum Holding AG. InnoTix AG, a Swiss software company with over 20 employees, develops innovative software products for the public transportation sector. Its expertise includes app and web development as well as the integration of interfaces.
