Deal Ticker: Kellerhals Carrard advises RULEMATCH AG on the development of a platform for crypto trading and related post-trading activities
Since December 4, 2023, banks and securities firms in Switzerland and abroad have been able to trade #Bitcoin (BTC) and #Ether (ETH) against US dollars on the platform developed by RULEMATCH. The trading and settlement system developed for this purpose enables algorithmically optimized multilateral clearing and settlement without a central counterparty and a strict delivery-versus-payment process.
