Deal-Ticker: Zegna acquires majority in Thom Browne
The Italian luxury group Ermenegildo Zegna bought an 85 percent stake in the fashion label Thom Browne from Sandbridge Capital in a deal valuing the U.S. fashion house at about $500 million.
