Kellerhals Carrard supported Mr. Tschan in the sale of LaminAir to Swegon Group

Deal Ticker: Swegon Group acquires LaminAir

Markus Tschan has sold LaminAir AG, a Swiss HVAC company based in Burgdorf, to Swegon Group AB, a global indoor climate solutions provider and part of Stockholm-listed Investment AB Latour.

Mr. Tschan, who built the company over the last 23 years, will remain as Managing Director and will continue to develop LaminAir within the new group framework. Joining Swegon was a natural next step for LaminAir’s continued development, ensuring the preservation of local jobs in Burgdorf while building on a shared commitment to quality, service and long-term customer relationships.

Kellerhals Carrard supported Mr. Tschan during the whole process. The team was led by Patric Brand and included Jérôme Vaucher, Florence von Mutzenbecher (all Corporate / M&A), and Michèle Remund (Tax).
