Kellerhals Carrard advises on the sale of a majority stake in Hipp Technology Group

An investor group represented by Endura AG sold a majority stake in Hipp Technology Group AG to Deutsche Beteiligungs AG (DBAG Fund VIII) following a successful growth phase. Hipp Technology Group (HTG), with five locations and approximately 350 employees, is one of the leading contract manufacturing and development organizations in the DACH region, with a focus on medical technology.

Kellerhals Carrard advised the shareholders of Hipp Technology Group AG and Endura AG on all legal aspects of the transaction. The M&A team was led by Nicolas Mosimann and included Kevin MacCabe, Danijel Gajic and Kim Lindner.
