Deal-Ticker: The Zegna fashion group goes public with Kellerhals Carrard’s help

Prof. Henry Peter, partner of Kellerhals Carrard in Lugano and member of the board of directors of the Zegna Holding Group, together with Sullivan & Cromwell in New York, played a key role in the USD 3.2 billion SPAC transaction which will lead to the listing of the Zegna Group on the New York Stock Exchange.
