Deal-Ticker: PageUp acquired by Netrics

Netrics Holding AG, a leading Swiss based provider of managed IT services for enterprise customers and SMEs, has announced the acquisition of PageUp AG, a provider of managed IT services specializing in cloud and edge computing.

 

The Kellerhals Carrard M&A team consisting of Beat Brechbühl, Patric Brand, Christian Witschi, Philippe Frésard (notarial services) and Anouk Ziffermayer advised the sellers, who will continue working in the company, in this transaction.
