CLARK Group acquires UB Partner

CLARK Group, a leading European insurtech, is acquiring UB Partner, a traditional bancassurance company based in Zofingen, in a multi-step transaction. The acquisition will allow the unicorn CLARK Group to continue to grow and strengthen its presence within Europe and in Switzerland. The merger with UB Partner adds a leading brokerage firm in the Swiss market to the Group's portfolio.
